The SV250/255 is designed to meet the needs of the professional and high-level amateur performer that desires an amplified violin sound for all styles of music. This violin establishes a new frontier for sound quality and player comfort, with the same weight of a traditional acoustic violin. This allows any violinist to easily move between their acoustic instrument and their Silent Violin. The innovative dual pickup system allows the performer to transition from an edgy electric tone to a rich acoustic sound. The external control box contains a powerful pre-amp, master volume control, treble and bass tone controls, as well as quarter inch and XLR balanced outputs. Both models are crafted from seasoned flamed maple and spruce top, fit with a fingerboard and pegs of ebony.
