Joe Browning has been teaching guitar for 27 years, four of which he ran his own teaching business with his partner and former student Ben Johnson. He started taking lessons at a local music store when he was eight years old and started on his musical journey from there. He started his teaching career at Ted Brown Music in the Tri-Cities in 1994 and was a teacher and manager of another local music store before starting his own business. He has been a professional musician for the last 30 years playing in various bands around the Northwest. Joe has had students go on to professional careers in music, most notably Ben Johnson of Shoot Jake and Cody Beebe of Cody Beebe and the Crooks to name a few.
