Chloe Higgins, from Wisconsin, moved to Tacoma in 2025. She has been playing the cello since 2012 and has performed in a variety of orchestral and chamber settings. She performed with the University of Wisconsin–Superior Orchestra from 2017–2023 and with the Duluth-Superior Northshore Philharmonic Orchestra during the summers of 2017–2019. She has also appeared as a volunteer performer with the Mesabi Symphony Orchestra.

Her early performance experience includes participating in high school Solo & Ensemble competitions and performing in a string quartet. During a study abroad program through the University of Wisconsin–Superior, she also performed with the National Ghanaian Orchestra.

Chloe teaches beginner through early-advanced students and enjoys helping young musicians, school orchestra students, and adults returning to the cello develop strong fundamentals and confidence in their playing.
