The LSL Instruments LUCID OD is a transparent overdrive pedal inspired by the legendary Klon Centaur®, featuring a reversed tone knob for a unique tonal sweep—from bright, expressive “squawk” to mellow, lush warmth. Positioned at the midpoint, it delivers a smooth yet gritty overdrive ideal for blues, rock, funk, and indie styles.

The pedal preserves the natural character of an amp while adding a distinctive saturation. Thanks to its internal voltage doubler, the circuit operates at 18V, offering greater headroom and dynamic response, especially at higher gain settings. The LUCID OD performs well across a wide range of tube amps and musical contexts.

Crafted in the USA, the LUCID OD reflects the boutique quality and tonal precision associated with LSL Instruments’ custom guitars, now extended to their effects pedal lineup.
