The Fox Renard Artist Model 330 Grenadilla is built from all-grenadilla wood, known for its durability and superb tonal qualities. This model includes stabilizing inserts in the half-hole key, trill keys, and third-octave key tone hole, along with nickel-silver-lined tenon sockets and caps on the lower tenon shoulders. The oboe is equipped with cork pads on the low C and higher notes, and bladder pads on the low B and Bb keys, contributing to its excellent sound quality and reliability.

The Fox 330 Grenadilla features a modified conservatory key system with silver-plated keys, designed to accommodate advanced playing techniques. This system includes a third-octave key, left-hand F key, F resonance mechanism, B tab, articulate C# mechanism, a low Bb with a vent key, and multiple trill keys.
