Berp Buzz Extension and Resistance Piece for Tuba

The BERP (Buzz Extension and Resistance Piece) is a premier, widely acclaimed brass practice accessory developed by professional trumpeter Mario Guarneri. Designed to bridge the gap between mouthpiece buzzing and playing the actual instrument, it helps brass players of all levels build strength, precision, and efficiency.

The BERP securely clamps onto the receiver of your instrument, allowing you to insert your mouthpiece directly into the device while maintaining the exact physical angle and posture you use when performing normally. It features an adjustable built-in resistance mechanism that simulates the natural back-pressure of playing the instrument, which trains musicians to buzz with proper air support rather than pinching their embouchure.
