Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping Offer:
- - Ted Brown Music offers free ground shipping on qualifying orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
- - Free shipping is not available for orders to Alaska or Hawaii
- - Shipping options and rates for these locations will be provided at checkout.
- - Items purchased with a purchase order (PO), special orders, oversized/overweight products, and clearance items do not qualify for free shipping.
- - If a purchase is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or credit.
- Additional Shipping Options:

- - Expedited shipping options include 2-Day Express and Next-Day Delivery.

- - Most orders placed before 2 p.m. PT will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
- - Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.
- APO/FPO Addresses:
- - Ted Brown Music offers free shipping via USPS to APO/FPO addresses for orders over $100. For faster delivery options, customers can contact customer service for assistance.
- Title and Risk:
- - Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
Return Policy
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- - Ted Brown Music offers a 30-day return policy for most new items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange.
- - Refunds will exclude the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective Products:
- - If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date for assistance. If the defect is confirmed and the product is within warranty, Ted Brown Music will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement within the contiguous United States.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- - Certain items are not eligible for return, including special orders, software, oversized/overweight items, clearance items, opened packages of reeds and mouthpieces, personal items such as earphones and in-ear monitors, harmonicas, and other items that are noted as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Return Process:
- - To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team for assistance.
- - Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and packing materials. Items must be in new condition.
- - Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method and to insure their return shipments. Ted Brown Music is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

- Abuse of Return Privileges:
- - Ted Brown Music reserves the right to limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse the return policy through excessive returns or attempts to return items that are not in new condition.
- In-Store Returns:
- - Items purchased online can also be returned to any Ted Brown Music store. Customers must bring a copy of the order confirmation email or the packing slip received with the order. Credit will be issued immediately upon processing the return in-store.
