Yamaha's fully hand-carved violins finished with rich oil varnish & ebony fittings are set up with Yamaha's VNP1 violin pickup for clean, clear, exceptional tone. The VNP1 pickup is a dual-sensor grounded bridge pickup embedded in an Aubert™ bridge, connected to a unique, single-barrel side-mounted jack. The VNP1 is the only pickup system of its kind to provide a fully grounded circuit, almost completely eliminating outside noise and interference. The single barrel minimizes interference with the violinist's shoulder rest. These outfits include a fully-set-up instrument, VNP1 pickup, case, bow and rosin.
