The Blackstar Dept. 10 Boost pedal is the perfect way to upgrade your amp with true valve tone and power! The built-in buffer and line driver preserves your tone when using long cable runs or large pedal board setups.
The Dept. 10 Boost pedal uses an ECC83 triode running at 250 volts to deliver the perfect natural boost with plenty of dynamic control and headroom. The low noise Class A design is incredibly responsive and full of second order harmonics and natural compression. Mixed with the passive James-Baxandall tones stack, this Boost pedal retains the true characteristics of your tone.
The Dept. 10 Boost pedal works perfectly with any amp. The open treble and powerful low-end allows you to fine tune the boost level you need for just the right sound. Best of all, unlike most boost pedals, the Dept. 10 Boost runs on 9V, which means any standard pedal power supply is all you need.
